Considered one of the tastiest and most elegantly flavoured of steaks, rib-eye steaks are cut from the main muscle attached to the spine. The special appeal of rib-eye steaks is that they have a rich marbling of fat throughout them, which gives guaranteed flavour and succulence.

Tajima Cross bred Wagyu beef was launched by Andrews Meat Industries in 2007. The brand has flourished both domestically and internationally and is now offered to restaurants across the country and is seen on high end restaurant and hotel menus in over 15 different countries.
Tajima is the most famous of all the Wagyu bloodlines, originating from the Hyogo prefecture in Japan. They are generally smaller framed with slower growth rate but produce excellent meat eating quality with a large eye muscle and superior marbling. They are thought to be ideal for the production of F1 or Crossbred cattle.

DELIVERYAbu Dhabi delivery is daily. The minimum order for requests within Abu Dhabi City including Al Reem Island until Maqta bridge is 150 dhs. Beyond Maqta Bridge we offer free delivery including Saadiyat and Yas Island at a minimum of 300 dhs. For Al Reef and Yas Island our minimum order is 400 dhs. If your order falls below the minimum order or your location is past Al Reef, please call us to ask the delivery fee which depends on the delivery location.
Dubai delivery is every Friday morning with a minimum of 200 dhs. La Carne will call you after you place your order to coordinate delivery details.
Sharjah and Ras Al Khaimah Delivery can be arranged upon request.
