- All meat should be thawed completely before heating.
BBQ Pit/Grill - Wrap in foil and place on BBQ pit/grill over indirect heat until internal temperature reaches 165°F / 74°C.
Conventional Oven - Wrap in foil and place in a 350°F / 175°C oven for 30 mins or until internal temperature reaches 165°F / 74°C.
Convection Oven - Wrap in foil and place in a 325°F / 160°C oven for 30 mins or until internal temperature reaches 165°F / 74°C.
Microwave Oven - Heat 2-3 minutes on high. Turn over half way through cooking process. Repeat for 1 minute each time until happy with the internal temperature.
Note: Cooking times/temperatures may vary depending on your equipment. When using microwave oven, always cover meat with a paper towel and place on a microwave safe plate.
