Use our online store www.lacarne.ae to order and pay online so we can do a contactless delivery to you on same day in Abu Dhabi if you order by 10am and next day delivery for other emirates/after 10am in Abu Dhabi. Delivery will be done on the next day of ordering. However if you order by 10am we can deliver on the same day in Abu Dhabi.

YES. By law we cannot receive or sell non-halal meat in our store in Mushrif Mall. If you have any doubt you can ask us to see or send a photo of the halal slaughter sticker of the item being purchased, which will show the official Halal Slaughtering Body used to certify the meat as halal, the slaughtering, production and expiry date.

All our meat comes from award-winning producers and is wet-aged in vacuum seal packs from source. Meat benefits from some aging after rigor mortis due to slaughtering.

No, we only specialize in beef and lamb!

We are working on a marination facility, but at the moment, no! There are very strict rules in Abu Dhabi emirate on marination. In the meat market, we are only allowed to display and sell chilled beef and lamb.

We are trying to standardize our discounts for all our customers so all get treated the same. We have TWO different Butcher's Circle programs in effect at the moment- our CASHBACK program at our physical store at Mushrif Mall and our REWARDS Program on our online store lacarne.ae.

For the CASHBACK program, you just have to log your mobile number when settling at our store in the meat market, and you get cashback on every dirham spent. Ask us on your next visit how many points you have available and you can use them as a form of payment.

We are currently receiving high volume of orders daily, which is quite a lot for our small butcher shop and few staff taking calls. From Abu Dhabi Corniche area to Maqta bridge, our minimum order requirement for free delivery is 150 dhs, not including Saadiyat Island.

Beyond Maqta bridge outwards and to other emirates, our minimum order requirement for free delivery is 300 dhs.

We do not have the ability to sell the remaining part of tenderloins therefore we sell them as whole slabs. You can have them trimmed and vacuum sealed though and they freeze beautifully.

We ensure that our meat is safe for human consumption by following strict cold chain handling for all our meat according to Local and International Food Control and Safety Standards and best practices. No bare human hand ever touch your meat from the first cutting and vacuum preparation from originating country to packing and delivery to your doorsteps.

The liquid in wet aged vacuum sealed meat items is NOT blood. It is called weep, also known myoglobin, which is a protein that ressembles blood but is naturally found in muscle tissue binding iron and oxygen. Weep is naturally found in vacuum sealed meat items during the wetaging process. Simply drain and pat dry when opening a vacuum sealed meat product, and allow 5 minutes to air out.
