Delivery, Cancellation and Substitution Policies

How our delivery works

  • For delivery on the same day in Abu Dhabi, cut-off time is 12pm for delivery either at 2pm-6pm or 6pm-10pm.
  • For other emirates and remote areas (except Ruwais, Al Ain, Umm Al Quwain, Al Ghadeer and Liwa), delivery will be next day if you order by 12pm. You can choose between 9am-1pm, 2pm-6pm or 6pm-10pm on our delivery date and time picker. For Sweihan Al Ajban delivery day is only Sat, 9am-9pm.
  • If you prefer to have an early morning delivery (6am to 10am or 9am to 1pm), call or whatsapp us at 058 500 MEAT (6328) to arrange accordingly at least 24 hours before.
  • Our new delivery date and time picker works as follows: in your cart, scroll down to specify your google location and see the delivery date picker. Simply type in your UAE city name, click the search icon and choose the time you would like to have delivery. Please note delivery date availability may change during holidays.

Deliveries to Ruwais, Liwa City, Madinat Zayed City Western Region, Al Ain, Umm Al Quwain, Al Ghadeer and Sweihan Al Ajban (Orders must be placed by 12pm the day before)

  • Ruwais, Liwa City and Madinat Zayed City Western Region deliveries are only done on Tues/Thurs/Sat. 
  • Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain: No delivery on Sunday.
  • Al Ghadeer, the only delivery slot is 6-10pm.
  • Sweihan Al Ajban, the only delivery day is Saturday, 9am to 9pm.

  • Free delivery across UAE, No minimum order required!

Please note:

  • We recommend ordering online as we experience many calls and inquiries everyday. Kindly make use of our online store to place orders and pay online, and then get in touch via our hotline 058-500-MEAT (6328) if you have extra questions or requests.
  • Only online payment is available on our online store. We are open for deliveries, visits and pick up at our store in the Meat Market at Mushrif Mall.
  • We are a premium butchery offering a high level of service through an established cold chain, which means we require time to prepare and deliver orders. Please organize your menu in advance and order for delivery on the day before you need to prepare or cook your meat, so we can deliver within enough time for you to enjoy your meat experience.
  • We strongly suggest pre-ordering to avoid disappointment as we keep limited stocks during festive season.
  • To choose delivery time, please leave a note at checkout, call or whatsapp us.

          ORDERING AND DELIVERY ADDED INFO

          • If your order falls below the minimum order, please call us to ask the delivery fee which depends on the delivery location.
                • Our customers must place an order online by selecting goods and pressing the Submit button. La Carne Premium Meat considers the order received at the time of successful online transmission.
                • Multiple shipments/delivery may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
                • La Carne Premium Meat will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.

                CANCELLATION POLICY

                • Orders once placed are non-refundable or non-cancellable due to the nature of our products. For our full terms and conditions please click here.

                LA CARNE DELIVERY POLICY

                • Customers should receive their orders in person or by a representative with access to a cooler/refridgerator to keep meat items in good condition.
                • La Carne takes NO responsibility over deterioration of items if customer allows their order to be left outside their door/with someone with no access to refrigerated equipment (cooler/refrigerator) which will lead to meat not to being stored in chilled conditions (0 to 4 degrees Celsius) for prolonged periods of time.
                • If you have any issue with an order, please contact us on 058 500 6328 as soon as you have received the meat item and we will act accordingly. La Carne reserves the right not to offer recovery/replacement for meat items more than 3 days after delivery especially if meat was not kept in optimum chilled conditions after delivery. 

                SUBSTITUTION POLICY

                • We do experience a sudden increase of orders for particular beef/lamb cuts, therefore in the event that the beef/lamb cut ordered is unavailable at present at the shop, La Carne Premium Meat reserves the right to contact the customer within one hour of their order to suggest a substitute, or credit an equal amount to the customer.
