They key to great burgers is keeping them as cold as possible until you cook them.

- Our burgers are made with a standard 80:20 lean to fat ratio and do not have any fillers, flavoring or additives, only 100% halal beef or lamb, therefore the fat content is what binds them together. Therefore if you're cooking outdoors, keep them in a cooler or in a container over some ice. Letting burgers get warm before cooking will cause them to break apart on the grill.

- Simply heat up your pan or grill, season your burgers (optional) and sear until they're done to your preference. We don't add oil to the pan as the fat will melt. We recommend using a flat spatula to easily slip the spatula under the burger and flip them quick! You can keep flipping until you're happy with the color and doneness.

- Burgers can be cooked from frozen, just keep flipping as needed until cooked to the desired doneness. Best practice for burgers is cooking thoroughly.

About the Producer

KUROHANA WAGYU is the pinnacle of Japanese black beef, a taste nurtured by the vast nature of Kyushu, skilled breeding techniques, and a meticulous management system. This exceptional flavor is achieved through the dedication and craftsmanship of many people involved in this process.

The name "Kuro" originates from the Japanese black cattle breed, while "Hana" (meaning "flower" or "blossom") is inspired by the birch trees that thrive in frigid climates. This name embodies both the natural beauty of the meat and the resilient image of the birch tree.

Kurohana Wagyu is a top-grade Japanese black Wagyu, carefully raised by Sugimoto-Honten. The name “Kurohana” symbolizes “elegance” and the strength of “birch trees,” which thrive in the harshest climates.

Focusing on rich flavor, we emphasize not only the nutrient-rich pasture but also the pristine water quality of Hitoyoshi, Kyushu’s top cattle-raising region. Kurohana Wagyu is raised in this environment with close attention to their health, supported by natural mother’s milk for optimal growth.

Under careful management, Kurohana Wagyu develops the rich, sweet, and tender qualities unique to Japanese black cattle.

We deliver on the same or next day in Abu Dhabi and within 2 days for other emirates and remote areas.

For delivery on the same day in Abu Dhabi, cut-off time is 12pm for delivery either at 2pm-6pm or 6pm-10pm.

For next day delivery across the UAE, cut-off time is 12pm for delivery next day either at 6am-10am, 9am-1pm, 2pm-6pm or 6pm-10pm.

Ruwais, Liwa City and Madinat Zayed Western Region deliveries are only done on Tues/Thurs/Sat. Orders must be placed by 12pm the day before.

Sweihan al Ajban is only done every Saturday. Orders must be placed by 12pm the day before.

No delivery on Sunday for Fujairah or Umm Al Quwain. For remote areas such as al Ghadeer, please call us to confirm delivery dates and times.

Minimum order requirements

Customers should receive their orders in person or by a representative with access to a cooler/refrigerator to keep meat items in good condition.
