What are secondary cuts? These are the value-packed cuts that are more affordable as they are more bountiful. They are any cut other than ribeye, tenderloin and striploin. We love them because you can cook them in a larger size, making them ideal for a family, party or cooking meals for a few days, rather than individual steaks per person.
