One Certified Angus Beef Prime Rib steak is about 1kg to 1.1kg and whole slab varies from 8 to 10kg.

Prime rib or beef rib roast are the colloquial names for the steak known as the standing rib roast. Its name derives from the most common way of cooking the meat — standing rib roast is generally roasted in a standing position with the ribs stacked vertically and the layer of fat at the top, which flavors the meat all the way through. It is cut from the primal rib and is one of the eight primal cuts of beef. Standing rib roasts yield rib steaks which have the bone and excess fat removed.

Prime rib is traditionally prepared by rubbing the outside of the roast with a mixture of seasonings, then roasting it under dry heat for 2-3 hours, depending on the size. It can also be grilled, smoked, or cooked on a rotisserie, but these options are less common. The results are a tender and delicious cut of meat. There is no specific way to serve prime rib — the English serve it with Yorkshire pudding, the French serve it au jus, and in the United States it is most often served with horseradish.

Cooking Recommendations

We recommend dry brining Prime Rib the day before cooking to enhance the flavor even more. Request for easy carve (ribs trimmed off and then tied back on) for hassle-free carving after cooking. You can also add more flavor by seasoning the bottom of the ribeye roast and the inside of the ribs. Option to french the bones too. Season liberally and reverse sear for best results. We deliver on the same or next day in Abu Dhabi and within 2 days for other emirates and remote areas.

For delivery on the same day in Abu Dhabi, cut-off time is 10am for delivery either at 2pm-6pm or 6pm-10pm.

For next day delivery across the UAE, cut-off time is 3pm for delivery next day either at 6am-10am, 9am-1pm, 2pm-6pm or 6pm-10pm.

Ruwais deliveries are only done on Tues/Thurs/Sat. Orders must be placed by 3pm the day before.

No delivery on Sunday for Fujairah or Umm Al Quwain. For remote areas such as al Ghadeer, please call us to confirm delivery dates and times.

Within Abu Dhabi city from Corniche to Maqta (NOT including Saadiyat Island) - 150 dhs

Everywhere else WITHIN city limits - 300 dhs

Please organize your menu in advance and order for delivery on the day before you need to prepare or cook your meat, so we can deliver within enough time for you to enjoy your meat experience.

Customers should receive their orders in person or by a representative with access to a cooler/refrigerator to keep meat items in good condition.
